It has been a few busy months since our last update, but we have a few things to report:
Some of our previous lab members have moved on to exciting new positions as graduate students. Congratulations!
We welcomed Riad-El-karout to the lab as a new Clinical Psychology graduate student. His interests lie within internet-delivered interventions and has been assigned to help with our iDBT projects.
Graduate student Alex Pallottini defended his master's thesis on technology-facilitated sexual violence over the summer. He attended fall convocation on Oct 16th to officially receive his degree. He is also attending the Canadian Sex Research Forum this week to present a poster with undergraduate student Giancarlo Savoni.
Three new thesis students have started to work on their projects.
Dr. Daros was interviewed regarding previous research involving a mindfulness mental health app in a new University of Windsor article!
We are actively preparing new conference, paper, and grant submissions so we hope to be able to share more news soon.
